i've finally finished my microblogging section, which i have lovingly titled "the bit." it's where i plan to post shorter stuff; things that aren't long enough for a blog post, silly jokes, stray thoughts... anything i want that doesn't fit the blog.

as you can imagine, it will almost certainly be much more active than any other section of the website. i'm undecided on whether i want to post microblog posts to the rss feed. to some it could get annoying, and to others it could be exactly what they want. perhaps a daily digest? let me know your thoughts in the comments.

i spent a ridiculous amount of time making the layout on the bit page look similar to cohost while still feeling "mae bubsy." to be honest, i really have no idea what i'm doing when it comes to coding! i'm sure i implemented everything in the worst possible way. but just look at it! it looks great. and it lets me have just that little bit of cohost right here at home, whenever i need it. cohost meant a LOT to me. i'd like to write about it someday. and hopefully make some art.
